You are invited to join us for Texas A&M's University Advisors & Counselors (UAC) 20th Annual Academic Advising Symposium on Wednesday, March 3, 2010 at the College Station Hilton & Conference Center. The Texas A&M University Academic Advising Symposium has a long history of bringing together advising professionals from Texas and beyond to thoughtfully consider the big questions in advising as well as provide opportunities to learn about innovative tools and techniques.
This year's theme, Assembling Your Advising Toolbox, will provide a valuable forum for sharing innovative advising practices and expanding relationships with colleagues in our field. Proposals are being sought by the symposium's organizing committee and will be evaluated based on coherence, creativity, and significance to advising. Advisors, faculty, and staff are all encouraged to submit proposals. Proposals for conference presentations are due February 1, 2009.
